After you have placed your order, you will receive the AWB number by email.
This number allows you to track the delivery in real time on the courier company's website.
📧 Check the email you placed the order from, there you will find all the necessary details for tracking.
🚚 Delivery in Romania

Orders placed by 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Delivery is made within 24–48 business hours, depending on the destination area.

As a rule, packages arrive the next business day.
💸 Delivery cost

Delivery is NOT free in Romania.

The cost of standard shipping is 19 lei and is paid directly to the courier upon delivery.

⚠️ Delivery problems

Return and replacement policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Shipping for replacement is free and is fully covered by Land - Kids Store.

Do you want to return the product without replacement?
The return is free, and the product value will be refunded within 6 working days of our receipt of the package.

📌 Notes and exceptional situations

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

The original packaging is damaged or incomplete;

Missing accessories or product components;

The product shows signs of wear.

Intimate hygiene products (socks and tights) cannot be returned, for personal hygiene reasons.

Shoes should be tried on carefully, preferably indoors, on a carpet, to avoid any signs of wear. If the product shows signs of wear, the return will be refused.

If the return is accepted, we will need a bank account to refund the amount within a maximum of 6 business days of receiving the package.

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
